I started doing online sessions with Sam for some shoulder and neck issues and I haven’t had any success with any other therapists until I met Sam.

I would totally recommend Sam to everyone. Despite my total knee replacement for both knees I have never been able to do stairs without pain or discomfort.
After about six sessions with Sam he identified the core of the problem and fixed the problem. I am now able to do stairs with confidence and without pain or discomfort.
He also fixed my left frozen shoulders despite months of physiotherapy and steroid jabs. His methods are a little unconventional to that of a typical physiotherapist but they work great.
He was even able to spot sone minor issues I had by looking at my movements and help me resolve them. An amazing therapist who knows his stuff and passionate about his work. Highly recommended!!

So I contacted Sam, through his really easy to navigate website a few months back, as I’d been suffering with a couple of niggles for months.
Sam did a full consultation and training session via Zoom the following week. He tested my areas of concern and then gave me a few magic drills to incorporate to my training. I had a significant reduction in pain after our session and I continued to do these drills everyday for a few weeks. The issues are now resolved and I’m back fighting fit.
I love the drills so much I still do them regularly.
Sam’s always on hand via the socials if I have any Q’s and he really made the whole experience really nice and easy. He’s definitely my go-to guy now for aches and pains.

Sam is one of the most dedicated trainers / therapists I’ve met. He is extremely patient and meticulous when assessing clients at the start of every session so he can tailor the exercises to the one’s specific needs.
While his methods may sometimes differ from other therapists and modalities, they have been the most effective thus far in creating lasting change and improvement.
Sam combines manual therapy alongside breathing exercises and movement re-education, aiming to create long term change, unlike the other therapists I’ve seen whose effects are often short lived.
He also goes above and beyond to create exercise sequences after the session which has helped me to continue rehabilitating in between sessions.
Because of his continued education and pursuit of updated knowledge, Sam brings a unique perspective to the fitness and therapist industry.
